Hospitality & Tourism Programs

Whether you aim to pursue a Hotel Administration Diploma, a Service Professional Diploma, a Rooms Professional Diploma, or a Kitchen Professional Diploma, this program equips you with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience.

Taken over the course of two years, this program starts with an English foundation course before moving to the basic level, then the intermediate level, and finally the expert level. The main focus is on both theory and practice, which prepares students for the working environment.

Once you obtain a diploma in one of the hospitality fields, the opportunities are limitless. Potential jobs include becoming an Executive Chef, a Catering Manager, a Restaurant Manager, a Waiter, a Front Office Agent, a Lodging Manager, a Concierge, a Travel Agent, among many other roles.

Culinary Arts Diploma

During this stream students will be exposed to different types of cuisine and kitchen operations in order to acquire the necessary skills to be operational in a kitchen. This stream provides students with the know-how to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of managing a kitchen and pursue a career in international gastronomy sector. This program will conclude with relevant internship that leads to the final diploma.

Hotel Management Diploma

In this stream, students will acquire skills from both the Rooms and Service modules, where they will acquire the basic general skills of working in a hotel. After having acquired the general knowledge of hotel operations, the students will be introduced to administrative courses in order to get the skills and the competencies and be able to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of the general operations of a hotel, including accounts and basics of law. This program will be reinforced by relevant internship which will lead to the final diploma

Food & Beverages Management Diploma

In this stream, students will acquire the basic skills required to be independently operational in a restaurant. They will also acquire the competencies to work in different restaurant settings. During the final stage, they will be equipped with the skills and the competencies to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of managing a F&B outlet. This program will conclude with relevant internship.

Rooms Management Diploma

In this stream, students will acquire the basic understanding of working in a reception but will focus on acquiring competencies to work in housekeeping and laundry. After having acquired the skills to operate independently in a hotel’s back of the house, students will be taught the competencies at the front-desk to welcome guests. Priority of this stream is to provide students with the necessary skills to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of managing a housekeeping department or the front-office. This program will conclude with relevant internship that leads to the final diploma.
